Just three little eggs cooked in oil with salt and pepper in a special tagine dish. Eaten with bread. Bon appetit!

  1. Do you bake it in the oven? for how long? how wonderful! 🙂 Avery only knows to eat eggs with bread (pita)…. no fork required!

    1. It’s actually cooked over a flame for just a few minutes as it continues to cook after it’s removed from the heat. I am known for letting it cook too long making the yolks “hard boiled!” Love you, Tiff.
