Josiah has been experimenting with cakes. We are so happy! Spurred on by a baking show, he tries to replicate what he sees. He’s at a slight disadvantage with the recreation as we only have gluten-free flours in our kitchen. But, if he can master gf cakes, that could only be to his advantage.
It was a delicious beauty. Great texture, taste, and appearance. Dare I say the seven of us nearly ate it in one sitting.
